House rules
Welcome to B&B OpdeBossen. To create a pleasant stay for you and the other guests, the following house rules apply at B&B OpdeBossen.
Reservation
When making a reservation, the number of people who will be staying at B&B OpdeBossen must always be stated correctly.
If you wish to stay with children at B&B OpdeBossen, you must take the following house rules into account:
- In case of an overnight stay with children, please specify the child's age in the reservation request.
- Minimum age for overnight stay is 12 years.
- B&B OpdeBossen does not offer outdoor play facilities for children.
Maximum occupancy of rooms
B&B OpdeBossen has two double rooms.
The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 people. It is not permitted to spend the night and/or stay in the room or to eat breakfast with more than two people.
It is not possible to place a cot in your room.
If the maximum occupancy stated on the reservation form is violated, B&B OpdeBossen will charge 100% of the applicable overnight rate per violation, in addition to the accommodation costs owed.
Visitors
Receiving visitors is not allowed in B&B OpdeBossen.
Checking in
Check-in generally takes place between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
A different time can be agreed upon in consultation.
Please indicate at least one day before arrival approximately what time you expect to arrive. To check in, please report to the front door of B&B OpdeBossen.
Checking out
Check-out is possible between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the latest.
Key management
Upon arrival you will receive one key to your room and front door intended for your stay. You must ensure that you lock the doors of your accommodation and turn off the lighting. Please return the key personally when checking out.
If a key is lost
If you lose a key, B&B OpdeBossen will charge you €40 per key.
Breakfast
If you wish to take advantage of breakfast, we will ensure that a basket of breakfast is left at your door every morning, so that you can use it in your room. This is possible every morning between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. You can indicate what suits you best.
Bed linen and towels
For longer stays, towels and bed linen will be changed as desired. The costs of this are included in the price unless other agreements have been made
Guaranteeing hygiene
It is not permitted to sleep on the beds in the rooms without sheets.
In the event that non-removable stains occur in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the overnight stay, B&B OpdeBossen will pay the resulting cleaning costs and/or or charge the guest for replacement costs.
Fees
De prijzen zijn inclusief gas, water, elektra, bed- en badlinnen.
Gebruik van de koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer en gebruik van de minibar.
Breakfast is included.
Free use of Wifi and free ample parking.
In the unlikely event that the services such as WiFi do not function or do not function properly during the stay at B&B OpdeBossen, this does not entitle the guest to a refund of all or part of the room rate owed.
Parking
You can park your car in the street or the street along the edge of the forest. Parking is at your own risk. B&B OpdeBossen is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.
Noise
B&B OpdeBossen asks their guests to refrain from being noisy in the accommodation they rent. All music and any other sound produced in any way must be attuned to the room volume, so that noise nuisance arises for other guests and local residents.
Pets
Because it may cause inconvenience or nuisance to other guests, pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside at B&B OpdeBossen. If it does not bother the environment or other guests, you can smoke at the front of the house. Cigarettes must be left properly extinguished in the waste bin.
Alcohol en (soft)drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited and at B&B OpdeBossen it is strictly prohibited to possess, use and/or trade drugs.
Police will be called at all times.
Damages
B&B OpdeBossen is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have experienced during your stay.
If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must notify the owner.
Nature / environment
Save water where possible.
Turn off the lights when leaving the room.
Preferably reuse towels.
Our privacy
Please respect our privacy. B&B OpdeBossen is above all a private home. The private rooms are located on the ground floor.
Guests only have access to their own rooms.
